Something for Him

  1. This Christmas I really just could not figure out what to get Stas (hubby). Holidays are those days we really have a hard time, not because of money but because lets face it we are adults now, if we need something we just go out and buy it. Im sure you can relate… Like really how do people do this gifting thing anyways, like this christmas I had so many struggles:
  2. where do I hide the gifts?
  3. how much am I supposed to spend?
  4. do trips count even if there months away?
  5. what the hell does he even want?
  6. how do I get him to say what he wants not just “babe I dont need anything” or “whatever you think ill like”
  7. who do I talk to for hints of what he wants?

SO LADIES THERE IS NEVER A RIGHT ANSWER FOR ANY OF THESE QUESTIONS -lol-  but this is what I came up with

  1. If you have family or in-laws use there house to store the gifts till your tree is up. -or- work place -or- if you don’t share cars ladies the trunk works perfect !!!
  2. This is where you have to talk and pick a budget with each other, maybe you both choose to make your own gifts, or you put a budget like  $500 in total for all gifts (not each gift)  **be clear they are men 😉
  3. YES YES YES. who doesn’t love a vacation and trust me it might not be a hands on touching gift but when you get on that plane, just throw in a reminder about how amazing this *christmas gift is 😉 then you get love on christmas and the time of the time ! DOUBLE WIN
  4.  So to figure out what exactly he wants you need to start the day after christmas and start a list for the next year, that way you have 20 or more ideas and things he might have forgotten he even wanted! That way its a surprise.
  5.   Think of some things he truly hates and start telling him if he doesnt give you some ideas hes going to end up with a bunch of useless gifts and yours going to be just wasting money. MEN HATE WASTING MONEY.
  6. Hints can come from best friends, family, work people pretty much anyone he talks to on daily bases but REMINDER , don’t trust the best friends if you want it to be a surprise. because usually those “best friends” end up going with the hubby for your gift and when they don’t know what to get , your gift seems to slip out of there mouth to give an idea of what to get!!! (trust me I learned my lesson on that)

AFTER IT ALL I still was unsure what to get him and finally it came to me, of course I want something he likes alot ( his car) of course I want something personal , and I want it to remind him everytime he sees it that I got it for him, so nothing that is a one time use.

I GOT IT CUSTOM LICENCE PLATES !!!!!!

So I am lucky because he one has said before he NEVER HAS HAD and really wants plus he owns a company so no doubt about it I had to get it for him! I personally went into service canada to do it but I found online the tips and way to do it for you ladies if you are hopeless and need a gift for him !!!
